Frequently asked
How many documents does Personal include?
100 documents each month, with monthly or annual billing. The annual price is paid once a year; the document allowance remains monthly.
What happens after the 10 documents a month?
Nothing disappears. What is there stays readable and can be exported. New documents come again next month, or straight away on a paid plan.
Can I get my data back out?
Any time and in full: a ZIP with every original file sorted by month, plus spreadsheets with every captured value. At the press of a button, not on request.
My accountant pays. What does that mean for me?
You never get an invoice and the practice does not pay per client either, but by document volume. There is no extra fee per client; their documents count towards the practice’s volume. Your practice can read your documents but cannot change or delete anything. Break the link and you keep everything and carry on privately.
Is this bookkeeping?
No. Documents are captured, read and handed on. VAT returns, profit-and-loss statements and posting logic are done by someone who trained for it.
